The class is offered the third Thursday of each\n	month from noon - 1\:00 p.m. Feel free to bring your lunch.\n	Join Health Plus track coach and personal trainer Johnny Pryor to learn how to prepare safely and effectively to run your first half marathon. Johnny has trained Vanderbilt runners for over 10 years and has personally completed numerous ultra and other marathon distance races.\n
