Hard Assets Group Fitness Class at VRWC

Hard Assets -- This 15 minute class focuses exclusively on the glutes. Using squats, lunges, leg lifts, and floor exercises, we will intensively work the gluteus maximus, minimus, and medius (top, bottom, and side of the butt).
