Jim Finkel, Special Assistant to the Director of Central Intelligence for War Crime & related issues, will discuss the challenges of preventing mass genocides and mass atrocities. As a close advisor to both the Director of National Intelligence and the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, he possesses a unique perspective in genocide prevention theory and practice.
