Elder Care Fair: Navigating the Caregiving Maze

Vanderbilt Child and Family Center is hosting its 4th Annual Elder Care Fair: Navigating the Caregiving Maze.
This is a great opportunity for the staff and faculty of Vanderbilt to obtain helpful information about resources and services in the community that are offered to seniors and their adult caregivers. In conjunction with the fair, there will be three brown bag seminars taking place.
Carrie Plummer, Instructor of Nursing at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, will offer "Long Distance Caregiving Tips" from 11:00 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. Attorney Karl Warden will present "Who Needs an Elder Law Attorney" from noon to 12:50 p.m., and Dr. Katherine Y. Brown of Vanderbilt Home Care, will speak about "Work, Life, Balance: A Clinician's Approach to Caring for Others while Caring for Yourself" from 1:00 p.m. to 1:50 p.m.
