Join the Margaret Cuninggim Women's Center and the Human Identities Initiative for a brown-bag lunch presentation with human rights attorney Rachel Gore Freed!

Rachel Gore Freed, a Vanderbilt Law school graduate, has worked with victims of rape and war crimes atrocities, both on the ground in Sierra Leone and in immigration detention centers in New Jersey. Rachelís experiences ñ working with vulnerable women and representing them on the prosecutorial side at a war crimes tribunal in the Hague and on the defense side in federal immigration courts in the US ñ illustrate the intersection of gender, justice and accountability in human rights.
