"Google AdWords and the Use of Other People's Brands on Online Search Results: Is Trademark Law the Best Approach?"
A panel of two attorneys who practice intellectual property law, an expert in brand valuation and a law professor specializing in the area who practice intellectual property law will discuss the rapidly changing landscape of the online trademark field, including strategies that both the legal and business communities might use to address the challenges and opportunities posed by Google's AdWords program.
