Calendar of Events

Pre-game festivities will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Memorial practice gym. The practice gym can be accessed through the roll up door at the Southeast entrance. There will be light snacks, games for the kids and much  more. Tipoff will be at 8 p.m.

Vanderbilt staff/faculty and their families are invited to attend a Vanderbilt women’s basketball game at Memorial Gymnasium on Thursday, Jan. 24. Come cheer on the Commodores as they take on in-state rival, Tennessee, and be a part of the Employee Celebration at the game.

Visit the Employee Celebration website today to reserve your tickets. Each employee may receive up to four (4) free tickets. Staff/faculty must present their Vanderbilt ID to pick up their tickets at the Memorial practice gym beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the day of the game. Be sure to wear your black and gold to get your free tickets, as tickets will NOT be given to anyone wearing orange or clothing/caps with the UT logo or name. Once you receive your tickets, you will not be allowed to leave and re-enter. Parking is available for Employee Celebration attendees in the medical center lots located at the corner of Natchez Trace and Jess Neely Drive. If you have more than four people in your immediate family or a handicap request, register online and then send a follow up email to basketball@vanderbilt.edu.
