The Health Plus Life Phase Series is a monthly lunch and learn that provides faculty and staff with a variety of interesting topics that help support life outside of work. The class is offered the third Thursday of each
month from noon - 1:00 p.m. Feel free to bring your lunch.
Join Health Plus track coach and personal trainer Johnny Pryor to learn how to prepare safely and effectively to run your first half marathon. Johnny has trained Vanderbilt runners for over 10 years and has personally completed numerous ultra and other marathon distance races.
