Maymesters offer innovative and intensive academic experiences that allow students to explore topics in ways that go beyond the traditional classroom setting. For many students, participating in Maymester  becomes an adventure in learning. Maymester professors will be on hand to discuss their courses at the information fair.

Show Me the Money: Summer Abroad Funding

Learn about some exciting Vanderbilt and non-Vanderbilt funding opportunities for summer study abroad! Hear from past participants and get tips on how to secure funding for summer study! Lunch will be provided.  Sponsored by Global Education Office.

Through classroom learning, international immersions, independent studies, and active business management, Project Pyramid provides future world leaders with the tools needed for sustainable business solutions to address poverty. Courses are offered at Owen Graduate School of Management and the Divinity School in both the fall and the spring semesters. Project Pyramid also offers the opportunity to participate or lead an independent study program sponsored and facilitated by the organization.

International Education Week (IEW) is a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange.  This year IEW is being celebrated at Vanderbilt November 5 – 14 with nineteen programs sponsored by International Student and Scholar Services, Global Education Office and Vanderbilt International Office in coordination with LGBTQI Life, Margaret Cuninggim Women’s Center, Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt Law School, College of Arts and Science, and Jewish Studies.
