USA (1998) Dir: Mike Nichols. A fictionalized version of Bill Clinton's 1992 campaign for the presidency, based on the novel by Joe Klein. A satire with a spot-on performance by John Travolta as the candidate is also a meditation on the ethics of using damaging information about one's opponent.
