A scholarly debate on the timely issue of capital punishment.
Two leading capital punishment scholars, Dr. Ken Haas of the University of Delaware and Mr. Joshua Marquis, District Attorney of Clatsop County, Oregon will debate the merits and future of the death penalty in an Oxford-style setting where audience members choose the winner.
