"TNF in tumor promotion: The role of myeloid cells"
Tumor necrosis factor-alpha produced at chronic, low levels by tumors themselves induces myeloid cells to assume a tumor-promoting phenotype. TNF's effect on tumor promotion and mechanism by which myeloid cell phenotype is modulated will be discussed.
