Art galleries throughout downtown host receptions and art openings on the first Saturday of every month. Most galleries serve free wine and other refreshments. Four free shuttles provide transportation among the galleries from 6 pm to 10 pm. See the shuttle map and gallery listing here. Listings below include additional information about some of the openings. While visiting the galleries in the Arcade this month, enjoy musicians playing "in the round" including Jonathan Sexton and the Big Love Choir, How Far West, Matt Urmy, Jacob Jones, Taylor Bates, Leticia Wolf, and Don Gallardo performing from 6 - 9 p.m.
