BLAIR PRESENTS -- MUSIC FOR 100 YEARS -- THE ELLIOTT CARTER CENTENARY CONCERT

Extraordinary guest artists Tara O'Connor, flute; Charles Neidich, clarinet; Rolf Schulte, violin; Fred Sherry, cello; Steve Gosling, piano celebrate the composer's 100th birthday year in an all-Carter program. Works include Canon on Four, Cello Sonata, Esprit Rude/ Esprit Doux and Gra. The program will feature excerpts from films by Dutch Filmmaker Frank Scheffer.
