Dr. Robert Burk, MD, Professor of Pediatrics & Vice Chair for Translational Research, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, NY, is a molecular biologist and pediatric geneticist. He is collaborating with faculty from Vanderbilt's Institute for Global Health on international HPV-HIV-cervical cancer research. He will present his research on human papillomvirus (HPV) focusing on the HPV genomes, HPV-related cervical cancer and the new HPV vaccine.
