ALIAS presents a diverse program that includes small chamber works by a wide range of composers. On the program are two pieces for two cellos by Slovak composer Ilja Zeljenka, the Fantasie for violin and harp by Saint-Saëns, two violin sonatas by the Baroque composer Pandolfi, and arrangements for cello and piano from Schumann's great song cycle, Dichterliebe. Closing out the program and the two-year ALIAS Double Take series is a work by one of the greatest American composers: Aaron Copland's Sextet for clarinet, string quartet, and piano.
