The exhibition title "Juissance" refers to the search for pleasure/joy and it's relation to pain. Some of the works in this series were created as social commentary, others reflect autobiographical anecdotes, and some are meant to tell a story. The mediums and materials are varied, many works are painted on found planks of wood, others are created on doors, and some on canvas.
